Whole wheat pasta My own style

Ingridents:

Whole wheat pasta - 250gms
Big Size carrot - 1
Cabbage - 250gms
Medium size capsicum - 1
Garlic pods - 10
Medium size Onion (White) - 1
Tomato medium size - 4
Spring Onion - 3(Strands)
Soya sauce - 1 tps
greenchilly sauce - 2tps
Redchilly sauce - 1tps
Eggless Mayonieese - 4tps
Chilly flakes - 3tps
Oil (Groundnut or olive oil)
Lemon medium size - 1
Salt to taste

Preparation Time : 40mins ( Before preparation use scrapper to scrape the carrot & Cabbage,Chop the onion and capcicum and make a paste of garlic& Tomato)
serves for 3persons

Method of preparation :  Boil the pasta with 1tsp of salt & 1tps of oil for (25mis) and strain the water and keep the pasata as side.
Now take a chineese pan or Non stick pan. Add 4tps of oil and add the garlic paste and saute it until it gets golden brown ,then add chopped onion to it and saute it until it gets into golden brown, Now add tomoto paste to it and stir it for 3 to 4 minitues in medium flame,then add the soya sauce,green chilly sauce, red chilly sauce & mayonniese the quantity as i mentioned in the (ingridents) add some salt to taste. Now stir it well in high flame for 2to3 minitues, then add the chopped carrot & cabbage the quandity which i have mentioned in the (ingridents) and stir it well in high fame for 5to6minitues, then add the boiled pasta to the mixture and stir it well untill all the mixture coated to the pasta before turn off the stove add the chopped capsicum, chilly flakes & spring onion to garnish.

Serve it hot with 1/2 tps of lemon juice to it.(Yummy pasta redy to eat).
